These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is operated by [Company legal name] LLC, [Street, Area], Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence [Trade licence number]). By placing an order you agree to them.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We try hard to describe every product accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. If a pricing error occurs we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it.

“Inspired by” descriptions compare the scent profile of our own fragrances with well-known perfumes. Our products are not the original fragrances and we are not connected to those brands. See the disclaimer.

Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item is out of stock, an address can't be reached, or we suspect fraud. If you already paid, you'll receive a full refund.

You can pay by cash on delivery or, where offered, by card through our payment provider. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery orders may lead us to require card payment on future orders.

We deliver within the UAE. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Delivery charges are shown in your cart before you pay.

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may carry conditions such as a minimum spend or an expiry date. We may withdraw a code that is misused.

Please don't misuse the site — for example by trying to access other people's data, overloading it, or copying its content. All text, images and designs on this site belong to Lulua unless stated otherwise.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for allergic reactions where the ingredient list was available to you. Always test a small amount of fragrance on your skin first. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
